The NY State post got me thinking...
« on: February 14, 2009, 11:58:26 AM »
After seeing some folks paying $30-$35 a week in fees, what does everyone pay for lineage per night?

I pay $21 a night on Monday, $20 a night on Friday and lineage is $9.85. (Metro Detroit USBC)

$16 is what my monday night league costs me.  My summer league only costs $8 a night....and they give league bowlers $.50 a game for open bowling.

$25 Wednesday

$1.75/game open play for league bowlers

Yeah, having them offer $.50 a game for open bowling all summer long to league bowlers is enough reason to bowl the league.

I do a lot of open bowling due to this....plus, they actually use oil in the summer, so when I open bowl, I can actually throw most of my normal stuff....not just my Neptune....LOL.

$26 in NYC, and mandatory $5 for 50/50.  Of the weekly fees $12.75 goes for lineage and the rest goes to the prize fund.

The 50/50 proceeds go to our dinner dance and a prize raffle at the end of the year.  Everyone gets a prize, which range in value from $25 to $75.

Last year I got two tickets to a Mets game, I was able to trade them for a bottle of Jack Daniels Single Barrel..
