The NY State post got me thinking...

After seeing some folks paying $30-$35 a week in fees, what does everyone pay for lineage per night?

I pay $21 a night on Monday, $20 a night on Friday and lineage is $9.85. (Metro Detroit USBC)

$10 per league, $8.25 of that goes to lineage and the rest to prize fund and secretary's fees.  The prize fund is increased by half pots.  --  JohnP

I'm in NYC and pay $25, $25 and $30.  Not quite sure about lineage. 50/50 is $5 in one of my leagues and you have the potential of winning $500+ per night!!!  then there's the usual poker game which can provide good change in your pockets as well
