I shot this footage about 2-3 months ago... which is pretty dated for how much I have changed since then.

I know my backswing looks like a elephant on ice.. but it worked for a while..
any suggestions, or comments?? Ill try and get a more recent vid up later.

Ive picked a steady line to play... my main shot is up 13 out to 7 and back but my back up is straight up 10

my first step is a timing step, I start moving the ball as my heel touches down for the first time. the first ball I threw.. was just that. the first ball of the night and the last was my ultimate inferno with still has grips in it... I need to get them out or else ill keep lofting the ball... that and my knee was just not cooperating with me...
