Soo....Yeah....
I went to the ER today (Saturday), cause I hurt my arm at work yesterday. After a decent wait (less than an hour...which is awesome for an ER, and they had Olympics on TV), the doctor tells me that I have a torn Biceps muscle in my right arm. YES, the same right arm I bowl with. The same right arm I'm supposed to be starting 3 leagues in 2 weeks with. Doc said that it
could take up to 2 months for it to heal! AYE CARUMBA! I'm terrible as it is when I constantly bowl, imagine me AFTER a few weeks off even. I wonder though, since I bowl so unconventional.....could I pick up bad habits or good habits from an extended stay on the DL?

Anyway, just had to vent, seeing as this hurts like a MF'er!

PS...anyone who has had to deal with a torn biceps muscle in their bowling arm (or other arm for that matter) please chime in, as I've dealt with a lot, but not this! Thanks in advance...
