How would you guys in the US compare the state of the sport now as compared to the last couple of years before bodies like Bowling Inc. and Strike Ten Entertainment came into being(around 94-95 in other words)?
Here's my take
No Pros on Network TV now-minus
Womens Tour on life support-minus
PBA prizefunds bigger-plus
Less stops and senior tour not as 'big'-minus
Bowling balls are still getting stronger-plus or minus depending who you ask
Sport Bowling-Jury's still out here too
No 900's then, 7 now(i think)-i'll call it a plus
Kegel company bringing quality lane conditions to the world-plus
overall-slowly gaining ground, knowledge and technology(2nd wasnt much use until more of tghe first came along) in the sport like never before, if only there were a couple million more bowlers.

I meant ABC,CBS or NBC, ESPN is so widespread that its virtually a 4th 'network' these days.
