In terms of bowling, what does the term "fluffer" refer to?

good vids.........that is EXACTLY what a fluffer is. But, if you bowled where I bowl, you'd know that FLUFFER = VERY SMART, cuz FLUFFERS RULE in my house. Every time I puke from leaving stone 9's and 4 -9's and ..... I think, why are you fighting this shot. So Sunday night I go 134-257-269 (guess when I started to fluff? Answer, 2nd game, 4th frame (prior X, 9/ (9 pin), 9- (4 pin flagged), off sheet (well, left a weak 10 in the 12th frame).....
