Thing Lives vs XXXExtreme vs. Ultimate Inferno
« on: November 08, 2004, 03:03:13 AM »
Contemplating one of these balls for heavy oil w/carrydown, over/under right of 10. I throw 16-17 mph w/ decent revs. FYI, I have a Phenom unleashed that won't turn the corner on this type of condition, which seems to be getting more popular in my area. Just looking for some feed back. Have heard good things about all three, as far as hook potential. Thanks

If the lane conditions are the reason for your bad scores for your bad scores, then they are also the reason for your good ones!!
If you blame the lane conditions for your bad scores, then you had better thank them for your good ones!!

I've not heard anything about the XXXtreme (sp).  Although I have heard the Thing Lives (very nice ball) and Ultimate Inferno are very similar. If you have had luck with Brunswick, go with the Ultimate Inferno.  If you want to try something new (if DT is new to you), try the Thing Lives.

Regardless, report back what you go with and how it performs.

Best of luck!
