Need a ball suggestion
« on: January 22, 2004, 07:05:48 AM »
I need a lighter load particle than my Track Champ.  I love the ball, but I have to keep it super polished or else it is just getting killed on the dry lanes I throw on.  I do not want a reactive resin, they are too jerky on the lanes I bowl on.

Can anyone make any recommendation on a lighter load particle?

Does it have to be particle? If your bowling on light conditions, I find the light oil pearls do well.(i.e. Monster SlayR, XXXL)

Get the C300 Ego..

If the lanes are really dry, get a urethane or a 3 peice.

ahh! I like particle myself.

V2 dry is a very low hooking particle ball.

a good low load particle and cheap too, is the Ebonite Predator Pursuit.
keep the mb by the thumb and polish to suit the lanes.  I have had this ball drilled twice and different surfaces and it can play burnt track/ light oil to fresh medium THS depending on the coverstock finish.

I like this ball polished to fit between and med load particle and  a dry lane ball.

my Ideal three ball line up would be the V2 dry, Predator pursuit, and the V2 strong. that would cover a lot of ground for me. and If I had to pick one ball it would be the Predator.
