Looking for tips on "getting down"
« on: April 03, 2007, 03:46:26 AM »
I know this is something that I need to try to do to increase my leverage, but the way my game works now is so ingrained I'm having difficulties.  Do you have any tips or advice on getting down into the shot?  Here is a link to a vid so you can see my present poor form.

If this is true of course, it contravenes a number of the league's by-laws, and article 27 of the league...

looks like your a little late (timing).

but for "getting down", think this things:

Pretend there's a bar about knee high or a foot high just at the foul line.   And you want to go under the bar.  Think low and long as you swing down and follow through.  Also try posting with a low knee bend.  Get a feel of the "knee bending".

Does a round object have sides? I say yes, pizza has triangles..
