They came to sanction our house and our lanes last night
in a 6 lane house in a Local Moose Lodge. The lanes got certified
but they were not legal. The rep told the manager this as he gave
him the certification certificate.

WTF?

The problem is not ABC, but the local associations. This happens way too often. Not only for certifications, but way too often on lane conditions. Not sure which is worse. When is the last time a center was written up for off spot pins or foul lights that don't work. The only thing I know of that is checked really close around here is the depth of the flat gutters. Strengthen the penalties on the local inspector if he allows these probems and it might not happen.

I should add the thing that was wrong

was the blatant wall shot they put up.
The manager was told there was only
1 unit of oil from 10 out to the gutter.
Thats blatant. Who could I contact to
have them look into the local Rep?

Trust me, living in the same town as the ABC, they get pretty strict. But as was said before, it's not the ABC themselves, but the locals that are slacking a lot of times.
