good practice session

I've been working on holding my ball lower at the start of my shot and staying relaxed throughout the shot.  In case you haven't seen me bowl before, I usually have a really high backswing, and my game is usually a power game.  So, a friend  made some suggestions for me to try, because he saw I was pushing my ball through the breakpoint.  So, I did it and it worked well.  Here's a video that shows a good example of what I've been doing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9YNPhO0XAH4

I've found that I've been supporting the ball weight at the start-up mainly with my left hand, and the right hand rested on my right thigh, causing me to be able to be very relaxed at the start.

Anyways... where's this heading?

I went to practice today and had my best set I've ever shot.

844  (792 was my high set in league and in practice previous to today)

Should of saved it for the next gateway Keep it up, I think your new style will help for JOG to.
