On this condition you can do three things in my opinion based on your style and your confidence in playing these parts of the lane:
1) Down and in, probably up the edge of the oil line wherever it ends (8 board probably). You will have to be firm and up the back of the ball, probably delaying the finger release a little longer so you can store more energy for the back end reaction you desire.
2) Diagonally crossing the oil, almost like a frozen rope, across to the pocket. Usually requires more preciseness, slower ball speed and a stronger ball (possibly your medium-heavy to heavy oil particle ball). Sometimes this shot holds up all day, sometimes you can break the oil down quickly from this type of angle.
3) Playing deep inside and letting the inside lower oil volume carry the ball into the pocket. Something like a 25-10 line, or possibly 30-10 depending on the conditions. Usually a medium to medium-light ball would work on this, maybe a pearlized ball.
Try to get to this house and bowl there at least once before the tournament if you can with everything you have, that will give you at least a clue as to what to bring and what moves you'll need to make in the tournament. Good luck and let us know what happens.
