Mass bias location
« on: April 15, 2010, 03:03:14 AM »
All things being equal, all of my bowling balls having a 3 inch pin, 3 oz of top weight and are 16 pounds, can you have all pin up bowling balls with different strengths and just move the mass bias location to handle how much oil you need them for? I hardly ever see much oil higher than light to medium at best. I don't have any bowling balls that are pin and really haven't seen the need for any. What do you guys think?

You can have pin up drillings with the MB place anywhere you want...

The pin distance to your PAP will set the tone for as much oil as you may need the ball can handle.. Early roll or later roll... The MB will set the tone for different back end reactions.  Along with the placement of a balance hole... If needed...
