Recently, I had a coaching session with Gold Coach Lou Marquez of Turbo Tech near Detroit.
Some of you may know I have had a longstanding bicep injury that's recurred each of the last 4 years.  I was bowling well enough so I didn't consider changing my game a whole lot when it initially happened.  Then as it continued to recur, it became painfully obvious I needed to change my game if I wanted to keep bowling.

Well long story short, I made some big changes.  I also went to visit Lou to see what he saw in my game and what could help facilitate the recovery and improve upon the changes I've made.

First off, Lou is a great guy and a fantastic coach.  I wish I lived just a little closer, I'd go there quite often.

Anyway, I wrote this detailed article in case your interested.  More people have been complaining about arm and bicep injuries of late so I thought it worthwhile to share.
