What did I miss? What's all the e-drama about?

I go away for one day and all hizell breaks loose.  

Moderators "outing" themselves, which basically means they are quitting.  Site is dreadfully slow, not sure what the problem is with that.  And Martha Stewart poses in a noodie magazine.  Total chaos!

What did I miss?

Wow Looks like they have even taken the language filter down or it is not working.  I am sure that couldn't be the case bowling.com may have dealt the website to someone else though cause it looks like kiddie time is busting loose again.

How did you get that by the filter its still on when i tried it do it again.

Apparently the language filter doesn't strip out the HTML tags before it applies its rules to your text.  Pretty funny stuff...

Tony, the guys who run this site are either on vacation, or incompetent.  Click on the "Messages" link in the left border to see what I mean.  It's been like this for days now.  This would take any web guy with half a brain about 2 1/2 minutes to fix, and most of that would be logging in.

In spite of all of our complaining--and I've done my share--this site is still the best for getting good bowling information.  It has just gotten to be just about too much work to find it, especially with many of the best users having just about given up and being rarely heard from anymore.

What makes this especially a shame is that if the administrator would just post every once in awhile, or ask for some advice or assistance, things could probably be cleaned up very quickly.  There is a strong desire there for this site to be all that it can be--or even all that it once was.

The silence of the administrator is what is killing this site.
