Swing Height questions...
« on: November 04, 2011, 05:27:07 AM »
The last few years I have slowly just lost consistency with many parts of my game, most notably my release which used to be very strong. Over time I have had to deal with alot of injuries, not to mention just years of cranking have just taken a toll on me. Combine all this with a very steep backswing, and Im looking at making some changes sooner rather than later.

So I know its not gonna be easy, but where do I start on this? There arent very many coaches in my area that pop to mind that I can say I trust on this. Ive tried holding the ball at different positions in my setup, but in general this doesnt lower it. From what I can see I do have some upper body tilt, that looks like an area I could start with. FYI, at its highest point its above a line parallel with my shoulders, maybe even almost head high. Id like to get it a little lower than shoulder height, which i think would match my timing a little better as well.

Anybody on here went through this, any thoughts?
