I install Griploc interchangeable thumb exclusively  and they are awesome.  I've had inserts in my balls for over 3 years and they still lock great.  Very easy to install and no tools required.

I like the turbo duo color ones for solids.  Easy cutting and working.

I convinced our shop to switch (primarily) to turbo duo's.. and its been successful.  Its just a great idea to help stock a number of colors without having to stock a lot of slugs.  As far as the switch grip, griploc, etc thumbs... I think they are great, however for the "average" customer they are quite expensive.

Switch grip has gotten better since the revamp of the inner slug locking mechanism.  I like them since it allows me to drill the oval, as compared to Thom Thumbs interchangable thumb.  Thom's thumb does have a lifetime warranty on there interchangable insert against breaking, but are tough sometimes to switch from one size to another- their locking mechanism is a sort of lever at the bottom of the insert that slides back and forth with a screw driver.
