I have a bowling league after work on wednesdays but I feel tired before the league due to work. I get off work at 5pm and my league starts around 6:30pm. Also I do doordash before the league too. I'm wondering what I could do to give me some energy for bowling

Use the time in between to take a nap or 5 Hour Energy

Make sure you're having a light meal. Something heavy right before doing any activity really weighs you down. Your body is trying to digest and spend energy on the activity. Some kind of light cardio might help also. A quick but brisk walk and some stretching should be beneficial.

I will second the 5 Hour Energy, regular strength. It's the caffeine equivalent of a Starbucks coffee and the rest are B vitamins.
I don't feel any burst of energy, but I do stay alert mentally, and no "crash" like most of the other things I had tried. Beware of look alike copycats that are not the same ingredients.
