Yet another attempt at a perfect game was thwarted by a stupid 7 pin last night.  I had the front 9; the 10th shot was good and hit the pocket hard.  The 7 never even quivered.  The 4 went airborn and wrapped around the neck of the 7.  Spare out and a non-committal shot in the 11th left a 7 count - 276.

Finished the night with a 721, but left disappointed that yet another shot at perfection was lost.

Stone 9 pin twice this year. One in the 9th and one on the first ball in the tenth. Hang in there you like myself will get that allusive 300. I've bowled 299 twice. I left a 7 pin and 10 pin. So I've been trying to stay aggressive when I get in that situation. Hence the stone 9 pins.
