I'm a 193 avg. bowler, and if I ever went a whole season without shooting 200, well it'd be my last!  Actually, about mid season I'd probably be asked to leave and not come back.

190 average...no 200's...is it possible, yes.  Is it probable, no way.  90+ games, predominantly between 180-199?  Not gonna happen, my friend.

Then again, to have the EXACT game of 200, is entirely possible.  However, to not have a game that equals or exceeds 200, the likelihood of it happening is quite remote.

Well, I averaged 207 for 18 games without ever shooting a 600 or 700 series.

Does that count?

I suppose it would only count if it was for 108 games.

I've shot 600 without a 200 twice.  179-127-300=606 & 300-136-189=625.  However, for 18 games...never.

5 550 seriea and one 800. :-)

I then shot 550, 750, 700... It took many weeks to shoot 600. Crazy. I think it was 10. by the time I finally shot my first 600, I was averaging 212.
