Long time
« on: November 05, 2012, 12:18:17 AM »
Hello community I remember I used to be in this site everyday but about 4 years ago I ripped my knee to shreds and have finally made it back. Which leads me to my question as of right now I'm using my old stuff which are both track balls the uprising and rising se I was wondering if anyone had any input on what new stuff I should buy. I am looking for predictability when it comes to reaction and balls that hit hard what you guys recommend out there? I use to be a cranker but now I can't geton it like I used to and have lost some speed as well. I typically bowl 3-9 games a week and occasional tournaments I am open to any companies I appreciate any feedback provided and its good to be back

Hi Freeze,

Welcome back to the awful game of bowling. Lol! Just playing. First off, how are the two balls laid out? I would also ask for some addition stats. Speed, rev rate, tilt, and axis rotation are the main things necessary for balls and layouts. Are you looking to replace your track balls?

Man, i loved the megatron core..i really dont know what else is out there thats similar tho.  You have a polished solid in the uprising and a pearl without polish in the se.

The critical theory and the lucid come to mind with the se...but id checkout the two track 811 balls those i bet will get you pretty close to the se.

Idk what to reccomend for the uprising, that one was very unique...i.guess what ever solid you pick load it up with polish!

Good luck and welcome back

Thanks for the replies guys the I am RH versatile player I can crank it if needed or come straight up the back of the ball I never had my revs or axis tilt measured the uprising has the pin under ring MB in strong position with a x-hole and the se is pin up over bridge strong mb no hole surfaces are factory finished still I look forward to reading your responses BTW I see there's some new companies out there and some of the ones that I remember when I was bowling are gone which is sad I really loved legends and lanemasters stuff but with that being said you do think is putting out the best stuff right now?
