resurfacing a ball without going to the pro shop

I wish I knew how to resurface a ball without spending a bunch of money at the pro shop. Any suggestions?

If you don't want to spend the money for a Innovative or Vertex ball spinner then you may want to consider the Master Ball Surface Maintenance System.  Buddie's has it for
$69.95. It will pay for itself in no time.

Many the Master system is effective. I just can't see getting a good feel for pressure using a drill.

The extra dollars for a real spinner are trivial over time. I've had my Donkey spinner for 15+ years. It's been well worth the investment.
