I use the extended Pro Release thinking of changing. What do you use? Why? Used any others? Thanks.

Why would you change? You are using the best brace on the market by far. I have tried most of them just to see how they compare(as an X pro shop owner).I have tried Robby revs,Storms,Gladiators,the other kind of squared off looking braces made for Ebonite,Power Paws ETC and Moro's Pro Release is the best,has the most adjustments,the best customer service,and a recushion kit.

I use a Robby Revs II brace because of some issues with my wrist. I actually like it even when I'm just using it for a few games. I've also used the Pro Releases and Cobra like 15 years ago.

Back when I used a brace I had a Robby's and a Storm.  I liked the Gadget way more.

Robbys Revs I. I had it and the Pro Release and found the Robbys to be better put together, especially the piece where the hand straps. And I used the absolute crap out of mine and never needed to refit any of the cushion pieces.

I used a normal Pro Release for about a year due to an injury, even though I bought it earlier, thinking I could "buy" more revs and a better ball reaction with it.

Anyway, I liked and still like the Moro piece because it is light, not too broad (I have a slender hand and thin fingers) and it can be adjusted in both wrist and tilt. Additionally, I left away the strap that holds the hand againts the back support, so that I could move my hand freely and had just the back support when I needed it in the downswing.

For me and my needs it was a good choice, but when selecting one I'd recommend checking what your actual "problem" is and try several models at the pro shop, so that it a) is comfortable and b) the simplest/lightest solution for the problem that allows as much flexibility with the hand as possible. I'd also dicuss this issue at the pro shop, personally, and not just buy something blindly.
