Transition
« on: September 09, 2007, 11:17:18 AM »
I was watching some PBA Experience clips on youtube and was watching Barnes and the other pros talk about what balls they use, how weak or strong they are, and the surface for the PBA patterns. Afterwards they would talk about the transition of whatever pattern they were talking about. I was just wondering if anybody knows how the lanes transition in the front or back part whether your swingin it or going more direct.

Whether swinging or playing straight up...
Plan on making alot of moves. The shot changes quickly, and you cannot expect to play the same line for more than a few frames. I have found myself moving forward and back on the approach almost as much as I move left and right. If you come in high flush, you might go through the nose on the next ball. Trust your shots and don't be afraid to make small moves often.
