Transition

Transition - Hi! – Looking for some advice!  How do you play the transition phase of the league or event?  I seem to have a great shot in game 1 and into game 2!  Wham!  Transition kicks in and I start leaving the corners plus.  I start messing around with adjustments, ball changes, and release changes and boom!  Bummer scores!  I am a “Tweener” and normally track to the right of the rest of the league players!  But the “Break Point” blow’s out!  I seem to like to be up the boards and right of 7!  I can hook the shot if needed!  I stay aware of the competitions lane start point, foul line lay down point, 16 ft reference point and 45 to 50 ft break point.  Further at the start, I do look at the equipment on the rack and drill patterns!  I have plenty of my own equipment and do maintain and keep my arsenal current!  I am a detail guy and run a pretty big database on my PC, covering every outing!  Kind of a “Data-Holic” guy!    Thanks!  Merry Christmas!  Denny
