The Fire Quantum has the Forest Green Quantum weight block. It's in the RG midrange for a more even arcing character, but it has the strongest backend among the three Quantums. The Fire spins easily and relatively quickly off your hand, and as you might expect gets into a relatively early roll. Similar to other high profile balls in the Brunswick line, the Fire trues up quickly, helping the bowler minimize the negative effects of errant shots to the right. The Fire has one of the sharpest backends of any of the Brunswick balls--equal or superior to the Sapphire Blue Zone and noticeably sharper than the Violet hook Quantum. It also gets exceptionally good carry.
(It goes on to talk about how good the PowrKoil 17 coverstock is.)
The Fire clears the heads cleanly, is easy to control, and explodes on impact.
(Then it repeats the stats from the beginning of this post and how the only true drawback might be the high price.)
Fire is the most versatile of the Quantums. Best suited for medium oil to medium dry.
