900 series vs Hole in One

I realize that this is a bowling board but lets try to be objective for a minute:
 
Which is harder?
 
Throwing a round ball down a 60 ft a wooden/synthetic lane coated with an unknown amount of oil to knock down 10 pins - 36 times in a row - after getting a few practice throws.
 
Hit a golf ball 168 yards using a club into a 4.25 inch hole.  No practice shots
 
We know, the hole in one has been done way more times than the perfect 900 score.
 
But on paper, which sounds easier?

there are tons of people who bowl way more than golf. I got my first hole in one when i was 16 in high school and started playing golf at 13. by the way now i dont....... i have been bowling since i was 6 and i am now 20. my high series is only an 812.

If you want to compare a 900 series to something you can do in golf.  Perhaps the Albatross, also known as the Double Eagle.  They happen far less frequently than the Ace because you need a great drive and a great second shot on a par 5, or an ace on a par 4.

There are multiple aces made every day on golf courses in this country.  Best golf comparison to a 900 series is probably a 59 on a par 72 course.  900 may not be a rarity anymore, but they are still a long way from common place.  By the way, I can remember when 300 games were rarer than aces. 

 I think the frequency of 900 series will not get much higher than it has been the last couple of years.  Lane transitions are just to extreme no matter how walled the shot.  The last dozen or so 300s I bowled all were with at least one anticipatory adjustment during the game.
