Unfortunately, when you go to a drier lanes ball, a lot depends, not only on your rev rate and ball speed, but also exactly how dry it is on the outside to begin with and how much drier it got, AS WELL AS where the dry actually is.
The U2 is a solid urethane. It starts up pretty early and with your ball speed, if there's serious dry, you're going to have to swing that ball, possibly more than you like.
The RX-1 Silver is so mild as to be almost considered as having a ball reaction similar to that of a pearl urethane. I'd bet you could use that but who knows how far right you might have to start that ball. It might actually be to weak BUT is a tremendous ball to have in an arsenal.
The Shout is a solid mild resin that will hook more than the RX-1 (The Scream is its pearlized twin and might have too much backend, given your ball speed.) . The Shout is possibly a very good choice in this position.
The Freeze: a great line of balls for medium-light to medium oil. Now there's 3 different versions of it: the original pearl, a solid and a hybrid. the solid might be a good alternative to the Shout, but it has more flare and probably more backend, but I have not compared them. So it's hard to make that judgement. Given the flare of the Freeze line, I'd have to stick with the Shout.
The Violent Eruption is probably stronger than any other ball you own, other than the Resurgence. So when you want to replace the Complete NV, consider that ball.
Same with the Raptor, too strong for what you are considering here.
For drying lanes, the others, Thrash, and the QZ series are much too strong for down and in, given your ball speed. If you sanded the Thrash to 4000 grit and added polish, it might qualify but why go to those extreme when there are better choices.
