As I get older I need to work harder at
physical conditioning. Just had my shoulder reconstructed in 2014, so I need to stay up with the continued rehab, but not stop there.
I really need to get to where I was physically 5 years ago. This is going to be a challenge, but I feel so much better when I'm getting the cardio workouts that go along with my stretching and weights. Now I just need to budget the time...
Just wait til you guys start feeling old like me... Things that used to be effortless are now difficult at times.
