Tucson, Arizona bowling legend dies
« on: May 23, 2008, 10:12:25 AM »
Andy Clark Sr. of Tucson Arizona pass away May 16th while having bypass surgery.  For those that didnt know him, he operated a pro shop inside Cactus lanes for more than 25 years.  I say 25 because Im only 28 and for as long as I have known him he has been there.  Very kind man and always cared about his customers.  He will be sadly missed.

Sorry to hear that, I have only heard how great of guy he was that he was always trying to help out all bowlers and people in general.

68 is much too young to leave this world! Peace be with him and his family! I have a feeling he left a lot of good memories for all that knew him!

The first bowling ball that I purchased with my own money was a Columbia300 Yellow Dot back in the early 1980's. I bought the ball at Andy Clark's pro shop at the bowling alley on Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. Andy was a great man and he will surely be missed by the Tucson bowling community.
