thumb issue

the inside of my end of my thumb rubs any ideas on why and how to fix it

Something is wrong with the grip, probably either pitches or spans.  Solution -- find a good fitter/driller and trust what he says.  --  JohnP

That usually means the span is too long or your thumb is not very flexiable.  I would bevel the edge of the hole towards the fingers very generously. If that causes you to loose some grip, put white tape on the front of the hole until it feels snug.

 Can also mean too much pitch in the direction of palm. Like John said, he needs to have a good ball fitter look at it before changing anything.
