I worked at USBC for a couple of years, and I volunteered to let the USBC Coaching team study me as they tried to help me convert to 2-handed bowling. You can still find information about our project by visiting this link:

There are lots of things to consider when making such a change; however, I'll start with this. If you think you want to do it, then do it. I'm not trying to say that 2-handed is better than 1-handed or vice versa. I'm simply saying that you may as well give it a shot and see if it works for you. If it does, you may stumble onto something totally new. If it doesn't, you may end up realizing that your best path to success is sticking to the more traditional approach. Either way, you're still going to be working on your game, and that's what it's all about. Don't let anyone try to make you feel strange for wanting to improve! Just as a side note.....I turn 40 in a couple months.  So I will be doing some serious observing of my body in regards to how it continues to react to using two hands.  I am sure I will continue to post in various threads in the future and updating how my body is reacting to it.

I THINK he's saying that the number 2 two-handers (and their percentage those two represent) is a greater percentage than the number one-handers (and the percentage they represent.

2 two-handers / TOTAL number of ALL two-handers = MORE than ALL touring one-handers / TOTAL number of ALL one-handers.
