Two Hander Drill Question (plugging ball)
« on: January 07, 2020, 01:18:34 PM »
Something I've seen for the first time since the new rules.  So you scribe a mark under the drilled holes.  I just plugged some fingers for a 2 handed player (originally not drilled by me).  The ball was drilled pin down and the operator was pretty heavy handed with the scribe.  The player wanted to go to a pin up drill.  I scribed the + on the ball like I would normally do, but now there is a + and a X on it both above and below.

Any thoughts?

IMHO,

I think it would be best to drill out the old mark with a shallow hole, and plug it back so that there is only one mark on it.

There is ALWAYS some ahole in the league that will pitch a hissie if it isn't perfect.
