The spoiled rich kid:
1. I was visiting a pro shop and a kid comes in with 6 or 7 balls, all of them massacred. "My parents bought me a spinner for Christmas and I've been practicing"
2. A kid walks into my brother's pro shop and says he wants a new Jigsaw. here's the catch he only throws a 12lbs ball. My brother tries to explain to him he is really wasting his money and lite weight equipment uses different weight blocks, and he can get the same reaction out of a less expensive ball. Nope Mm and Dad say I can buy this one, I want this one.

League bowlers that have to have a 15 min. break every 1/2 hr. to go out and have a smoke

Or, those league bowlers who keep bowling on the wrong lane and no one
in the bowlinbg alley knowing how to fix the computer score

And,  lets not talk about those bowlers who drink 10 cups of
coffee while bowling and leave a nice coffee trail thoughout
the alley

This might have been mentioned in some light previously but two types I can think of without straining myself:

1.  Guy in my Thursday league runs and claps out a strike that hit the head pin dead flush and managed to break up a 7-10 split.  Let me not mention he averages 178, oh guess I did mention.

2.  Guys in said league as well packing a 195 average who cry the lanes are too dry when they're fluffing the ball up the first arrow of a severe wet dry.  Hell I don't want to move myself but you got to go where the shot takes you, even if it's as far left as 37.

Used to make me angry, but now it just cracks me up.

1.  Guy that treats a $13/wk mixed leauge like the finals of a national PBA   event.  Every strike he gets is a perfect shot and all of yours are "just luck."  

2.  "By the book" guy that has to follow the letter of the law instead of the spirit of the law.

The guy that is bowling leagues way to seriously, never smiles, always dead serious gets mad when other teams around him are having a good time.

I have a guy on my team who is lets say, is ignorant in the sence he doesnt realize that just because you hit the head pin, he thinks you should always strike. or that when i miss my  target by 5 boards and still struck and i come back with a sickly look on my face and shaking my head, he is like well you still struck whats wrong?  

Or I see the guys on the "big" mens league who walk in with the 6ball donkey roller and barely avg 200.... its like wtf its league and you need 2 balls lol, maybe 3.....

I guess these guys are some variation of the hilarious ones posted above me, but:

Plaque Kills Guy - these guys don't know the difference between a plaque, or flat, or half 10 pin and a ringing or stone 10.  Kicking the machine, meanwhile the 8 pin fell late, and the 6 pin fell in the channel like a feather.

Stories of the past guy - these guys walk around the back of the center screaming how the sport isn't real anymore, it's too easy now, they would average 250 with todays equipment, how they averaged 220 with rubber, bowled action for 20K a game, cashed in the high roller, traveled all over the country with backers, yet the oldtimers still bowling say they stunk anyway, were never good, and don't want to shoe up, because they wouldn't be able to tell their made up stories anymore.

PAP's guy -   I love the 160 average guy who knows his PAP, his tilt, axis rotation, RPM's on the CATS, his qubica speed, AMF speed, etc.  Also love the 238 average using his friends equipment who doesn't even know his span.

The old guy - This is the guy that takes two minutes to find the right feel in the ball, and then gets his focus and finally throws it and MAYBE strikes once a game..

I hate the people who need and expect lane courtesy during practice...

Also the guys who take so long they make you not want to be there anymore. It shouldn't take more than 25 seconds to throw a shot EVER....if your not ready let someone who is go.

This is the way I meant it.. But i have respect for my elders, I just know when I am next to one on the lane next to me, I should put my ball back on the rack and wait approximately 5 minutes until he's completely done..

How about the guy that never gets off the approach. (maybe that was already mentioned).  But some guys throw their first shot then go back and stand on the approach - at the 2nd set of dots - to wait for their ball!  You're trying to bowl and they're standing next to you waiting!!!

How about the guy who bowls almost every night of the week and is always behind in league fees, but doesn't even have a job. Maybe put as much effort into getting work as you do bowling every night!
