Types of Reactions to Expect

I will be bowling in a tournament in March. I have been informed that the Brunswick White #3 Oil pattern will be used.

I was wondered if anyone had/have bowled on this type of pattern? What type of reactions did you experience?

What may I expect? What type of balls (reaction) would line up well with this oil pattern?

Never heard that the USA color patterns, White, Red and Blue, were "Brunswick" patterns. Always  understood that they were USBC patterns. FYI there are 3 of each. Hmmm, seems like there are specific variations for AMF and for Brunswick

I've bowled on White #1 on AMF and #2 on Brunswick; they're virtually completely different patterns.

white #1  has 18 ml of oil (medium-light oil), #2 has 25 ml of oil (medium-heavy), and #3 has 19 ml of oil (almost medium)

Thanx Charlest.  ;D Yeah...I kind of thought it was weird because I hadn't heard of it before, but I figured it was something new. I looked at the tourney sheet - it says "USBC Brunswick White #3". Thanks for the heads up. This'll be my first tourney since I bowled collegiately, so every little bit of info helps. I'm actually gonna check the lanes out later to see what they look/bowl like.

I has to do with the A22 Bruns machine so then patterns fluid metered vs. etc. could be thought of as Bruns. White patterns.

On the subject at hand.

The white pattern i bowled on hooked alot in the track and it was fast off the spot even with controlled layouts
On the gear i was using. Be ready to move left often. Ball down as necessary. IMO best spot to start is just inside of the track and work in keep the break point around 10-8 don't miss it right the hang is nasty
