I tend to get away from the trouble and find a ball that will match up playing just inside of where the trouble is.
Whats usually your coverstock, surface, core, overall strength to accomplish this?
I'm also a 2 hander
My favorite ball for playing inside is the Violent Eruption. I have had this ball since its release about 7-8 years ago and never tried to replace it as it has been that good for me. Really anything symmetric with a cover that is clean through the fronts and a core that revs up well in the midlane without being too flippy on the backend but more of a hard arcing motion. I think the core numbers were around 2.48 RG and .036 diff for the Violent. The layout is 45 x 5 x 30 with a small weight hole around P3 which I know will have to be plugged up before August. The surface I have currently is 2000 abralon with Storm 2, Rough Buff, or Clean and Sheen, Crown Factory Compound as all those polishes were pretty similar.
If the Violent is a little too much, then I go to my trusty Deep Freeze and square up my angle through the front part of the lane since the core is weaker than the Violent. Layouts on both are close to identical.
