What with working full time,spending as much time with my daughter as I can(I'm divorced),umpiring softball to make a few spare bucks,and golfing, I only get onto the website here once or twice a week.
 Can someone please update me as to the rule proposals and what has happened,if anything??? When is the vote going to take place? Etc,etc..........
