too high of backswing

i'm a tournement bwoler and a 220 average bowler. i have a backswing, which makes my timing later, any tips on how to lower it?

personally, its the web...its a friendly talk on here, friendly discussion, and people looking for a little help...if your biggest concern is how i dont use spell check then just dont respond because its honestly no help to anyone and youre wasting anyone's time who comes to look in this post and wonders what they could do, or information they could supply, time...thank you for wasting my time and making me have to write this
