Just got this email from them:
2013 Rates Information
Effective December 31, 2012, UPS rates will increase as follows:
UPS Ground Services will increase an average net 4.9% through a combination of a 5.9% increase in rates and a one percentage point reduction in the UPS Ground fuel surcharge table.
So, if your shipping cost used to be $20 for selling a ball, now it will be $1 more, as UPS gets yet another dollar from you. Makes me wish the FEDEX office were closer than the 20 - 25 minutes it is now.
Isn't that just wonderful?
Glad someone's making money in this economy.
Wonder how (or even if) their employees will benefit form this?
