Hammer Balls
« on: November 06, 2006, 09:12:43 AM »
Looks like Hammer is doing quite well , I know that there will be those that say its not the ball but the bowler, if so how come hammer has won 2 weeks in a row last week to a former champion and this week to one who has never won a title and he did a superb job

i think they said on the tv show that Tony Reyes went to Kegel for a while over the summer. That could be part of why his shot was so consistant on the tv show, which allowed him to win his first title.

If you must believe it's ONLY the ball, there's no one to stop you.

Why did Hammer win 2 weeks in a row?
Answer: Hammer didn't. Doug Kent and Tony Reyes won. SImple, No?

What bowlingball tool they decided to use was not as significant as compared to what physical and mental tools they brough with them that day and the rest of the enironment, from the oil pattern and amount to the lane surface to the crowds.

Hammer's part in this had more to do with coincidence than anything else.

This makes Hammer not better nor any worse than any other ball company. Personally I'd say Hammer has been making some damn fine balls over the past 2-3 years. Didn't PA's victories and years prove that well enough?

My opinion is that it was just Hammer's time.

Also remember what they throw on the show isn't always what they qualified with. Go with what gives you the best projected shot under the lights. I believe yes hammer is doing very well and big kudos to them Hammernite Technical guru's. Yeah the tubby guy did well throwing them also this week.
