I dislocated my ring finger or something. It won't bend back to my palm and won't take the wt. of 16#. Have had my index finger added and using it with my Storm Trauma. It works okay for 175-180 avg. and I'm improving my 2nd & 3rd game scores to about 200 avg.
Does anyone have any tips on how best to bowl using 3 fingers?
