Vacu Inserts by Vice Grip
« on: June 05, 2004, 10:19:16 AM »
I just had these put in one of my balls, and i really like the feel. Its snug, but with some give. Has anybody else used these? The reason I'm asking, is that when the grips wear out, how do I remove them myself to replace them? Without the Vacu, I just used my grip tool to pull them out.

Screw that.. make them yourself.

Here's a tutorial how my ball driller, Mike Austin, does mine and his and a lot of his client's.

I wanted the vacu-style, but I am on Turbo 2-N-1 Grips staff so we did it this way with success!

The guy that drills my equipment does the same exact thing as shown in the link if anyone wants the VACU insert feel.  It's much more convenient than using the sleeve and inserts can be installed just like the regular ones that way, without having to worry about the possibility of the sleeve coming loose or anything along those lines.
