    Actually, I see the problem.

    If you just enter a zip code, you get the high price. If you enter the state AND zip code, you get the lower price. I think your shopping cart has a logic error.

    When you actually finalize an order, on the final page it has price, address and shipping type confirmation which produces the correct price based on your State.

    Unfortunately, the way we have the shopping cart setup is by state, and not zip code. SO if you were not selecting the state, this would assume your an International order and use the pricing for International Priority.

    While the order would not have gone through with the 23.95 shipping, if it did many eyes would have seen the error and it would be corrected and refunded. Although we do have order automation, all orders are overseen by a human who knows our pricing and shipping.

    I apologize for the confusion,

    In the past, they shipped my orders immediately after ordering and I was overly surprised how quick I received them, but this time they haven't been that quick. I think my order may be shipped out tomorrow as it is just now being packaged today. I should have ordered sooner.
