Title: Valentino Bowling
Post by: Jorge300 on January 16, 2015, 06:11:58 PM: Since the other topic will get deleted,I'm wanted to start this new so it stayed.

I know I am preaching to the choir, but just wanted to say what a great company Valentino Bowling is. They put a discount code out for people to try their new ordering system. I tried it, and seemingly found a bug. A quick email to them and they acknowledged and fixed my order and got the bug fixed. They made sure I was 100% satisfied and everything was correct. This will be my first time trying their products, but if they are half as good as their customer service, I am sure it won't be my last. Thank you for all you do for the Ballreviews community.

Post by: ValentinoBowling on January 22, 2015, 10:39:02 PM: Hi Suhoney, thanks for following up on the pads we were hinting at end of last year. We rigorously tested the pads and finally decided to ditch the pads.

To be honest the pads really need to out perform the competition...otherwise there really isn't a point to launch them as a somewhat higher priced competitive product....so we have those on hold until we can introduce them as a lower priced product then what we currently would have priced them.
