Vapor Zone and Awesome Flip

Now that these balls are on the market for a few month,
are they different in reaction, do they cover the same
range of lane conditions?
Thanks for your input.

Both use the same coverstock, the VZ 220 grit base with Rough Buff and the AF with a basic 600 grit compound finish (as far as I can tell). Both are great medium condition balls OOB, but they handle IMHO both heavier conmditions and carry down not well. The AF has a core which creates a more radical recation comperd withz the VZ.

I would not call the VZ a smooth ball, but in direct contrast from what I have seen so far of the lane performance of both balls the AF is more angular, sharper and hits harder than the VZ. Not much, but you can see the difference (had a ball test of both balls OOB in my club recently which gave a good impression).
