video not compatable w/ WMM
« on: February 14, 2009, 07:06:01 PM »
The dvc that i purchased seems to use (AVI) as its video file and it doesn't seem to be recognized by windows movie maker or photobucket (video can't be above 100mb file). The movie maker plays the audio but not the visual video. If anyone has come across this kind of hurdle or more computer inclined can give some insight. ANy reccommendations on another photo imaging sight?

Not sure I 100% understand the question, but I'll take a shot at it...

Do you have all the codecs you need for your computer to play videos?  DivX, Xvid, etc.?  Google those two, plus other codec packs to make sure you cover all the bases.  Also, you can convert video from one format to another with the free Super Video Converter (made by eRightSoft) if that might help.
