PAP????
« on: May 17, 2005, 03:42:26 AM »
I've been bowling for about 7 years now, but I'm really just now starting to take it seriously as far as the equipment I buy. What does PAP mean? Please excuse my ignorance.......

Positive Axis Point - As the ball travels from where it first touches the lane to the arrows, it describes a circle where ball the actually touches the lane.

The PAP usually moves as the ball transitions down the lane, but everyone references the PAP displayed in the first 15' or so.
