Hey guys.

I finally managed to get teh courage to show my bowling on tape. Sorry i couldnt get any of my form, There wasnt anyone to hold the camera so i had to put it on the approach, on the ball return and then on the seating.
The Yellow and orange ball is the Brunswick Intense Inferno.
The Dark coloured one is the Ebonite Apex Intencity Wolfram -C
The Red one is the Storm Fired Up
And finally the green and black one is my spare ball.
I scored pretty well today apart from the 179.. Anyway i got a 195, 206, 179.

Oh and sorry that you cant really see the pins. Today i wasnt allowed to put the camera on the capping as there where people in there. (I think there is some company rule that other people will start doing it)

Yea I don't know why I was holding my wrist like that, normally I'm much more relaxed.  I think it was because I knew a camera was on me.  We bowled league after that and my wrist started hurting, I wondered what I was doing wrong and then realized my wrist was cocked and tense, I loosened up and threw a 237 the last game.

Please be warned, the file is 35 mb in size and about 3 and a half minutes long.
On a side note, this video is about 2 months old so alot of my "bad form" is no longer. I am much more balanced and fluid at the line. I have also eliminated almost all of my loft with the help of balance and knee bend.
