Thinking about not using inserts, would I use the same pitches in my fingers holes I'm using now with inserts or should there be some type of adjustment.

Inserts represent 1/8-1/4" towards the grip center or under, depending on the type also

Not a big fan of vacu grips...think they entice squeezing as well as causing tendon damage down the road

Think about it...vacu grips allow freedom in width, but also allows for gripping/squeezing with less realization...to me if you have tendinitis this can only increase or cause more damage...

I did notice it seem like my hole be getting larger and I had to apply an little more pressure or stick my fingers in deeper.
