Two Handed Delivery Question
« on: May 29, 2009, 05:46:37 PM »
Are there any simple ways or tips to keep the speed up when bowling two handed?  There are times where I do it to mess around and my speed is down probably 2MPH when I do.  And I already don't throw very fast one handed so the added revs and decreased speed results in a lot of hook.

Any advice would be appreciated.

The main thing to assist with the speed factor that many people experience problems with when trying the two handed delivery is timing and legs.  If you can work on getting the timing down with your footwork, you will generate momentum which will help you with your ball speed.  I personally do alot of running to help me with my leg strength and cardio.  Hope this helps.
